Celtics outscore Pacers 13-2 in OT to take series lead
The Boston Celtics overcame an 18-point deficit to stun the Indiana Pacers with a 133-128 victory in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Tuesday night.
Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 36 points, while Jaylen Brown hit a clutch 3-pointer to force overtime. The Celtics then outscored the Pacers 13-2 in the extra period to take a 1-0 lead in the series.
The Pacers were led by Domantas Sabonis, who had 28 points and 11 rebounds. Malcolm Brogdon added 23 points, while Caris LeVert had 18 points.
The Celtics will host Game 2 of the series on Thursday night.
